I am a solution architect with 20+ years implementing enterprise platforms across manufacturing, pharma, and financial services. I translate business requirements into solution designs for CRM, e-commerce, and SAP S/4HANA environments, managing programs with budgets exceeding CHF 10M and coordinating distributed teams of 60+ members across Europe and offshore locations.

I established PMO functions at two organizations and led multi-year transformation programs spanning Europe, the Americas, and Asia. My work focuses on finding workable solutions where business functionality requirements meet technical architecture constraints—particularly in multi-platform environments connecting e-commerce, CRM, PIM, and ERP systems.

Based in the Zürich area, I work with Swiss and European organizations on enterprise architecture for digital platforms, integration architecture connecting multiple systems, and program leadership for transformation initiatives requiring coordination across business units and geographies.
