I partner with C-level executives across manufacturing, pharma, and financial services to define platform strategies and navigate transformation programs. Over 20 years, I established PMO functions at two organizations and led 30+ projects with budgets exceeding CHF 10M, working across business units in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Solution Architecture #

I design enterprise platform solutions connecting SAP S/4HANA, CRM, e-commerce, and PIM systems. My work involves coordinating requirements across multiple system owners, defining data models and integration patterns, and creating implementation roadmaps that balance business needs with technical constraints. Solutions I’ve architected serve user bases across multiple countries and time zones.
