My scope centres on the Lead-to-Cash value stream across SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and e-commerce. I have led vendor-neutral platform selections involving SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Spryker, and Aurea at Oerlikon OSS, Meier Tobler AG, and Belimo Automation, and I have recovered status-red delivery programmes at IBM Consulting.

I partner directly with CIOs and Executive Committees. Technology is the lever, not the destination.
